National Fiddle Day Ceilidh

Apr 21, 2017 | Events

Greeting Fiddlers, Pianists and any other musicians,

On Saturday, May 20, 2017 Canada will celebrate National Fiddle Day. Fiddle music is big in Glengarry so we would like to add to the celebrations; however, we need your musical help. We will host a Ceilidh at our Hall in Williamstown on the 20th from 2 pm to 4 pm and we’d like you to come and celebrate with us. It will be casual and of course, we will serve our normal lemonade and cookies. Hope to see you there. All musicians are welcome.

There is no dress code, but you might want to pull out the red and white to celebrate Canada’s 150. Kelli Trottier has written a new jig and you can find it here.
