Our purpose is to recognize those individuals or groups who, over a period of many years, have contributed significantly to the advancement of Celtic music in Glengarry whether by entertaining, instructing or promoting.
There are three classes of nominees, all of which are open for nomination:
- Performers
- Promoters
- Teachers

A book of new and old candidates is maintained and all suggestions are reviewed annually. The Executive acts as the Selection Committee and makes the decision regarding the current year’s Inductees. The final selection ensures at least one inductee for each group, with an equal division between living and deceased.
