Archival Tune: Highland Games Documentary

Jul 15, 2014 | Archival Tune, Tune of the Month

Since the Glengarry Highland Games are in only a few weeks (already!), this month the Archival Tune will be a short audio documentary on the Games. It features explanations of the highland dancing and piping competitions as well as the sporting events. It is not known what year this documentary was produced.

This recording was part of the collection of reel-to-reel tapes donated by Duncan MacDonald and can be found on Large Reel 14, Side 1.
