In remembrance of the First World War, the Glengarry Nor’Westers and Loyalist Museum will be celebrating the centenary of 1918 as the last year of the war with a dinner at the Lancaster Legion Branch # 544 on March 3rd, 2018.

On Saturday, May 20, Canada will celebrate National Fiddle Day. Fiddle music is big in Glengarry so we would like to add to the celebrations; however, we need your musical help.
It was a full house at the Metcalfe Center on November 13th for The Brigadoons’ 45th anniversary celebration. Dancing and laughter filled the air as we were treated to performances by Brigadoons past and present, The MacLeod Fiddlers and the MacCulloch Dancers. The afternoon was enjoyed by young and old alike, and was a testament to the impact the band has made on generations of Glengarrians.
