It was a full house at the Metcalfe Center on November 13th for The Brigadoons’ 45th anniversary celebration. Dancing and laughter filled the air as we were treated to performances by Brigadoons past and present, The MacLeod Fiddlers and the MacCulloch Dancers. The afternoon was enjoyed by young and old alike, and was a testament to the impact the band has made on generations of Glengarrians.

2018 inductee James “Gerry” O’Neill passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by family and friends on January 8th, 2022. Drawn to Glengarry by the music and the people, Gerry has shared his Irish musical heritage with the county for over 50 years.

Founding Member Ann MacPhee has Passed Away

It is with deep regret that we recognize the passing of Ann MacPhee on December 23, 2021. A founding member of the Celtic Hall, Ann was our Secretary and member of the Executive for many years. Ann was much loved and will be greatly missed.
