This tune, The Lochaber Gathering, a march, was recorded by GCM Hall of Fame inductees The Glengarry Strathspey & Reel Society on their album, “A Glengarry Gathering.”

Allan MacPhail’s daughter Alana wrote “Hunter Allan’s Footsteps” for her grandson Hunter Allan and as a companion tune to Allan’s “Hunter Allan Morden’s March” posted as Tune of the Month in January, 2017. Alana likes these tunes played together and the accompanying midi file reflects that wish.
